Children's Policies:
Children older than 12 years or adults are additional person with a surcharge.

Children (3 to 11 years old) pay a reduced rate of $10.45

Stays for up to two children aged 3 years and younger are complimentary when sharing a room with an adult.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies (individual reservations): 

By confirming the reservation process, you authorize the hotel to charge you the total amount of the reservation fee on your credit card as detailed;
•    Cancellations after the date of payment applies a 100% penalty fee.
•    In case of No Show (when the client does not arrive on the scheduled date) there will be a 100% penalization of the amount fee. 


High season From  December 15th to April 30st
•    Free cancellation + 30 days before arrival | Total charge to the card 30 days before arrival

Christmas and New Year's Eve December 22nd - January 02nd
•    Free cancellation + 60 days before arrival | Total charge to the card 60 days before arrival

Holy Week                                     
•    Free cancellation + 60 days before arrival | Total charge to the card 60 days before arrival

Mid Season  June - July - August - November -  December 1st to December 15th
•    Free cancellation + 15 days before arrival | Total charge to the card 15 days before arrival

Low Season  May - September - October
•    Free cancellation + 07 days before arrival | Total charge to the card 07 days before arrival
