Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you, but I just wanted to let you know we had an AMAZING time at the Kioro! Our room was wonderful, #1104, we had a great view of the mountain, I had seen many websites recommend getting rooms closer to reception, but we loved being further away. We saw so many birds and animals, and the first 2 nights we saw lava flow. I could go on and on about your beautiful country, I just wanted to say thank you very much, we had a wonderful time, everything was so smooth with the aiport trnasfers and check-in/out. I will recommend your hotel every chance I get!

II must thank you and all your staff for giving me such a lovely holiday in your beautiful hotel.

The room ( room 603 ) was fantastic and the staff were super efficient and helpful.

II must just say that the water in the Jacuzzi was never warm enough.
Perhaps you can look into that.

One other thing is that the hot food at the breakfast was also just warm and I would have preferred it to be hotter. These are just minor things but I am sure you appreciate everyone's comments.

II am now back to work with millions of things to do but my memory of Arenal will remain in my mind for many weeks to come.

The volcano, the sounds of monkeys and toucans, the sweet tropical air intoxicates the soul and spirit. We left the kioro feeling rejuvenated.

The staff at the spa, restaurant and hotel is attentive, helpful and extremely pleasant. I will come back to this paradise.
