Rates Conditions
Reservations Policies:
- All reservation starting from December 22, 2009 until January 2 (inclusive) 2010, should be guarantee 100% by October 20th, 2009. If not they will be submitted to waiting line.
- Reservations for Holly Week 2009 starting April 5 until the 12 should be guarantee by February 1, if not they Hill be submitted to waiting line.
- The Fits reservations should be guaranteed 15 days before the arrival of the passenger.
- For the period of Holy Week, Christmas and End of Year the reservations will only be accepted for Fits with a minimum of 2 nights.
Reservation Polices for Groups on Request:
- From 8 persons or 10 rooms per nights.
Children's Policies:
- From 10 years of age and above they are considered an additional person.
- From 3 to 9 years of age a surcharge of $5.00 will be charged plus taxes for breakfast.
- Two children below 9 years of age in the same room will pay the additional of one adult, and it will include breakfast style buffet.
- Children from 0 -9 years old don’t pays suite.
Cancellations Policies:
- There is not cost some if cancellations are received to more than 15 days before the arrival of the clients.
- Cancellations received with in 0-14 days before the client's arrival it will be a penalty charge 100% on the total amount of the reservation.
- New Years Eve and holly week will not have refund once its guarantee.

Policy
- The season of Easter and Christmas are required at least two nights of lodging.
Child Policy:
- From 0-2 years of infant considered
- From 3 to 11 are considered children
- Children are free when sharing accommodations with parents are charged only $ 5 + taxes (23%) by way of breakfast.
- From 12 years is considered adult
Cancellation
- There is no charge if cancellations are received more than 15 days before the arrival of customers.
- Cancellations received between 0-14 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total amount of reservation.
- For the season of Easter and New Year No refund once the reservation is already guaranteed.
